This was a great idea for a challenge! I really liked it. Here is a tile done when I was first getting the hang of Tripoli and Betweed.
Last summer. 2015
Here is the new tile with the same tangles today. Relaxed and not so 'rigid'. I'll let you form your own opinions. :)
Thanks! Sarah.
Wow, two complicated tangles to start with. The difference is that the second one is drawn in your style.
ReplyDeleteI love these both. Well done!!
ReplyDeleteAnd that's the right direction to go in, relaxed. Good for you, Sarah!
ReplyDeleteoh my! kudos to you for even attempting such difficult patterns AND on a black tile early on. I do love how the second one is so recognizably you;-)
ReplyDeleteSo much more relaxed and in your comfort zone - that's what it's about.

ReplyDeleteboth are great!
No stress, just tangle. Great!
ReplyDeleteWow you tried hard tangles to start with well done I can see a difference between the two :)
ReplyDeleteLove that you are relaxed with your work!
ReplyDeleteLove the first actually - to me it seems fluid rather than rigid: funny how that works! ;) It looks otherworldly somehow: beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLove how you have become more relaxed in your approach to tangling, Sarah. The second looks like the style we have come to recognize and love in your tiles. Thank you for sharing!
