I Am The Diva-UMT -Crux

Today's tangle to put it simply was a flashback to geometry class in sophomore year of high school. I tried to understand the idea but felt like I couldn't get much farther beyond the shape being just what it was. A great tangle now that I know it, but putting it into practice with something else is too much of a jump in the deep end. I tried hard not to belly flop this week...

    1. Actually I just drew it on a 3.5" tile. Made it fun!

  3. I love the softness of your first tile - this tangle is usually so crispy! But the second one in color ROCKS!! Gorgeous!

  4. Ah, but the fun is the different interior shapes or the color added. Both of your tiles really make good use of the tangle!

  7. I love the coloured tile and sympathise about the Crux, it doesn't work very well for me. In fact, it made my head hurt!

  9. I think you went way beyond a belly flop . . . you made two beautiful swan dives!

  11. Dear Sarah, love the luscious colors, but the tonal piece is great too in its simplicity. So glad to see you got the inks you wanted and are using them with inspiration. Thank you for the lovely words on my blog post. c

  14. WOW to the coloured one! Like the other one's "scalloped" filling.
